What is an adult family home?
An adult family home is a residential house where a small number of adults live and receive personalized care. Adalena 2 is that kind of home — a real house in Puyallup, not a large facility, with daily support shaped around each resident.
Who does Adalena 2 care for?
We provide personalized care for adults with developmental disabilities, dementia, and mental health needs. If you are unsure whether the home is the right fit, call us and we will talk it through honestly.
Where is the home?
Adalena 2 Adult Family Home LLC is at 6601 177th Street CT E, Puyallup, WA 98375. Tours are by appointment so we can give your family our full attention.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Medicaid may be accepted. Eligibility depends on the person and the program, so please ask us directly and we will help you understand what applies.
How do I schedule a tour?
Call 206-806-3698 or send a message through the contact form. We will find a time for you to see the home, meet us, and ask every question you have.
What is included in daily care?
Care includes help with daily living, medication management, home-cooked meals, housekeeping, activities, and coordination with healthcare providers. The exact plan is personal — it follows the resident, not a fixed package.
Can family visit?
Yes. Family is part of home. Visits are welcome, and we stay in communication so you know how your loved one is doing.
How are medications handled?
Medications are managed carefully and on schedule, with records kept as part of the care plan. We follow the directions set with the resident's prescriber.
What should we bring when someone moves in?
Familiar clothing, a few personal items, and anything that makes the room feel like theirs. We will walk you through the practical details before move-in day.
How do I ask about availability?
Call 206-806-3698 or email adalena2afh@gmail.com. Tell us a little about your loved one and we will let you know whether we can be a good home for them.
